I’ve been having a hard time trying to find a good white chocolate for making peppermint bark. What brand would you suggest that is not crazy expensive as I normally each year make about 300 pieces of peppermint bark.

    Thanks!

Hi Kristy, A WONDERFUL White Chocolate (premium) is Callebaut. You can find it as tiny “callets” or morsals as well as 11 pound BLOCKs online. Look in AMAZON. Expect to pay approx $ 6.00-7.00 per pound. For 300 pieces (each about 2 ozs) buy 20 pounds. Use 20 pounds of dark/semi sweet as the bark base. IF you happen to have a gourmet store like Trader Joes in your area, they also carry larger premium chocolate candy bars (over a pound) Have fun this season 2014 🙂
