The Gourmet Candy Maker is dedicated to sharing EXCELLENCE in the craft of Gourmet candy making. In small, hands-on, in-the-kitchen classes, our students leave empowered with confidence and a wealth of information and experience.

Our hands-on classes give every student the opportunity to learn by doing, building confidence, mastering essential techniques, and creating beautiful chocolates in the kitchen. You will leave with new skills plus a pound of premium handmade chocolates to enjoy and share.

Everyone learns at their own pace. Explore together, share the experience, and feel free to ask questions along the way. Every student is invited to try each step—or simply observe when that feels more comfortable. There is something magical about watching a delicious recipe come together before your eyes. Mistakes will happen, and perfection is never the goal. Gaining a new skill, building confidence, and enjoying the process—that is what truly matters.
